Join us for Listening from the Heart, an online sharing circle for Jewish-identifying individuals to come together in community in response to the ongoing violence in Israel and Palestine. This gathering offers a compassionate space to gently explore the emotions we may be carrying in our bodies, such as grief, fear, anger, confusion, and longing, through grounding practices, writing prompts, and heartfelt connection.
This is not a space for political debate, but rather one for deep listening, bearing witness, and tending to the truth of what our hearts are holding. We will also draw on the wisdom and guidance of our wise and well ancestors as a source of strength and loving support.
No writing experience is needed, and sharing your writing is always optional. Space is limited to 10 participants. Please bring a journal and a pen.
